At Perfumology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your olfactory journey; we offer returns on unopened, sealed fragrances within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened bottles cannot be returned.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your fragrance remains in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and is within the 14-day return window from the date of receipt.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack Securely
Carefully place the item in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund items damaged during return shipping.
Receive Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
